Another One Bites the Dust

News Flash!......

Another TM has put in his resignation. They have not even pick out a candidate to replace the first person that left. And they are wondering why people are leaving. They are handing out sourvey next week to see why people are not satisfied. Hello wake up people look around you with open eyes. They say that we are competitive, yes but at the bottom of the percentile and they don't give you enough raise to catch up with the market. Market is picking up and they will be left behind.

Me me me mine mine mine

You would have thought that if you are working so many hours every week
You ca take few hours off during the day to pick up your kid or do some errand. But not in this place, when I ask that have to leave for an hour I was asked to complete a request form for that hour. Ahhhh Bert frustrating. No more staying late.

Bright Light

I apologize for a long gap between posting.

Not sure if you all know that they took out one bulb on every
Light fixture in the past. One morning 3 ladies were walking
around, one with a box of flurecent bulb one with a ladder
And the third lady was telling the other two ladies what to do.
After several hour the office was so bright we feel like we just woke
up and someone opened the window.

I'm not sure if this got something to do with people leaving
The company. As you know Pooh left and
Other lady was let go after 90days.

News Flash ._...__.._ _

Today we got new assignments! Wow we are very excited! We have been assigned a room that we are responsible to make sure it is always clean, tables wiped with lysol, phone wiped and make sure that all chairs are always arranged. To make sure that everybody do their job, one person is assigned to inspect if it meets standard. WTF! Who knows if they find this is working, we will be assigned to empty the garbage then vacuum the carpet and maybe clean the bathrooms. By the way kitchen and lobby is included here. This is getting out of hand. On a second thought, we can add this to our experience, we can also work in janitorial services in the future. NOT! What is wrong with this place?

First Entry

This is my very first entry so I am not sure what to write yet. I have to start gathering events that I will share in this blog. These are events that would make you say ..WHAT!!!

To start..... today I've learned that they will make it a rule to set the thermostat at 76 during summer and 65 in the winter. Currently thermostat is set at 70F and actual temp inside is already 78F with outside temp at 75F. What would be the temperature inside when they set it to 76F and outside temp is 80F? This rule is coming from the big dog. I will share this when they implement this new rule. This is it for now.
